Albany Heritage Area Visitors Center & Planetarium

Features a variety of permanent displays exploring the history of Albany from its beginnings to present day including the USS Albany Heritage exhibit. In addition, special exhibits featuring the history and culture of the Capital Region are scheduled throughout the year. Also located in the Visitors Center is the Henry Hudson Planetarium, which hosts a wide variety of educational and special event programs exploring astronomy and history.
